Instead of having traditional story missions, there are a few main activities to focus on, with a handful of other distractions to help you level up your character. Spread across Pacific City and its surrounding areas are several beacons that must be activated to repel the mutant attacks.
Additionally, Cell has taken over some key areas, which you can liberate and turn into Agency operating bases. Like the previous game, there are various orbs located throughout the city, including agility orbs, hidden orbs, driving orbs, and more. When you successfully collect these orbs, your respective skill will level up.
