As for system locale, I was able to extract and run without changing it to Japanese, however this will cause character names to not display properly, as shown in the third and fourth screenshot. It also mangled any documents containing Japanese characters.

Yellow Waterfall Story By Geomutsu Update: EnragedFilia has uploaded a translated version of this game, so you might want to download that version to same some hassle. A new teacher is excited to be starting her new job teaching at an all girls school. The school is famous for it's beautiful waterfall, which turns naturally yellow in autumn.
